"普段は朝日で目覚めるので、除雪や早朝出勤のために、冬の日の出前に起きるのが大変でした。 使った初日から、朝日で起きるのと同じ感覚で目覚めることができました。 大変いい商品です。"
"I purchased this as I have black out curtains and keep them pulled as I have close neighbors. My experience has been interesting so maybe listing my goof ups will help! 1) read the guide! Don’t be like me thinking you can wiz through it. If you do, you may be starting over (and over) like I had to lol 2) use caution when moving it. If your hand hits any of the buttons around it, it can change things and then you have to redo…again. But once it’s in place, it will be fine. 3) when setting the time and alarm, it was hard for me to see the am and pm. Maybe because I needed my glasses on? Who knows. So tip is to wear your glasses. 4) make sure you choose 12H if you set your alarm to the regular time. Army time, use the 24H. I leaned this lesson the hard way when it didn’t wake me up the first morning… 5) make sure it is angled toward you if you are a heavy sleeper: initially I had it facing outward. It really didn’t help much. I moved it closer and angled directly at me. That was a game changer. 6) listen to all the sounds it offers. There is one (maybe 3) that I just hit and when it came on, it freaked me out a little bit. Maybe too many horror shows, but it reminded me of the music that is played right before the ghost jumps out…lol 7) it does have a snooze option but tbh, I’m scared to use it until I get more used to where the buttons are and where to place my hand. So I have my phone as backup. 8) final tip, test it out before you actually need it one morning. That way you can make sure you didn’t accidently push a button and turn off the alarm (which is one push on the side) and it’s angled correctly. Overall, is it a game changer? No. Does it help me to wake up better and it brightens the room? Absolutely!!!"
"This is such a good alarm clock! Easy instructions, easy setup, and it truly does make a huge difference in waking up in the mornings. You can choose multiple alarm sounds, adjust the brightness of the "sunrise", and it even has a bedtime feature! We were skeptical of how much we would actually like this, but we couldn't function without it now! Definitely worth the purchase."
"I'm a heavy sleeper and this is my first sunrise alarm clock which I bought about 6 months ago. I have been able to sleep through loud alarms and even when they work there's a grogginess afterwards that takes a while to shake. Something about the slowly brightening sunrise light and background sounds wakes me up consistently and gently. It's a bit bulky in the back and will take up a good chunk of nightstand space. It seems to be especially helpful in dark winter months to trigger my circadian rhythm as sunrises are late. The most aggravating part of it is the menu which requires fiddling with the side buttons and touch screen navigation at the bottom. It's not difficult but it is clicky and time-consuming to reset a time or alarms and there's no power back-up. You can program two alarms but there's now way to set a day so you have to manually set the different times for weekday v weekend. While it's an effective program, the interface and certain missing features make it hard to recommend for the general population."
