"I like them. They put out a nice even glow, kind of an orange yellow. The dusk to dawn sensor slowly ramps up the night light brightness as the room light gets dimmer. I’m using 2 of them above a long kitchen counter, and they make a great nightlight in that application. Plenty of bright to see the room, for a glass of water or make a snack at the counter. I could see some people thinking they’re too bright for a bedroom nightlight. The nice thing about too bright is, you can put a little piece of masking tape or something over it (I use a self adhesive felt furniture foot to do that - looks made that way) to dim it down or move it to a better location. A light that’s too dim is useless. Everyone’s requirements are different. A bright night light with an adjustable dimmer would be the perfect solution, but that extra complexity ramps up the cost quite a bit, so I see why they’re not prevalent. If these fail prematurely, I’ll update this review. But I like them, they emit a pleasant even light, and they look good abd unobtrusive in the room."
